Due to the escalating conflict in the Middle East and the resulting increase in global oil prices, fuel surcharges are being introduced across the transport sector.
Many UK road haulage providers have announced increases, which are expected to take effect from 9 March, with some reporting fuel-related adjustments of around 15–20%.
