Louise Humphreys began her career in freight forwarding as an Import Clerk in 2008, bringing with her 18 years of industry experience. She has been part of the Beckchoice team for 14 years, during which her role has grown and developed alongside the business.
As HR & Administration Manager, Louise supports employees at every stage of their journey. From recruitment and onboarding through to ongoing development, performance management, and reviews, she plays a key role in ensuring our team feels supported and valued.
Her responsibilities also include managing employee relations, overseeing company policies, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation, including preparations for the upcoming changes to the Employment Rights Act 2025.
Alongside her HR role, Louise is heavily involved in office administration, working closely with our Managing Director, Ray Palmer, to support the wider needs of the business. More recently, she has also taken on responsibilities within payroll.
During her time at Beckchoice, Louise has attended international networking events and enjoyed a range of memorable company experiences, including attending the F1 Grand Prix. One of her proudest achievements has been her involvement in Beckchoice, achieving IATA accreditation.
Outside of work, Louise enjoys spending time with her family and making memories on days out with her twins.
